The Boise Brave Mountain Bike Team Board of Directors' mission is to plan and execute a safe and successful mountain bike season while incorporating the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) mission, vision, and values.

The Board will continue in its efforts to guide and support the team director, head coach, team leads, student leadership, and GRiT (Girls Riding Together) in their respective roles and goals.

Financially, the Board seeks to be budget-neutral (zero balanced budget with no planned use of the reserve balances) and responsible stewards of sponsor and donated funds.

This year, the Board will launch the Family Volunteer Pledge, and strive for 100% compliance with the pledge.
